Tri Community Mediation recruits and professionally trains volunteers from the community to become mediators. We offer a 50-hour mediation training, at no cost to participants, every 12-18 months. In return for the training we ask that participants commit to 84 hours of service within the first year of completing the training (this is about 7 hours per month). The training is followed by apprenticeship and mentoring, and high-quality continuing education opportunities.
